to anyone who knows anything about computers/the internet...
i have a bit of a problem, and i am confused as to what to do...
i was booking some flights on ba.com, and was at the very last step of clicking "make my booking", where they would charge my card and put my booking on their records, when my internet cut out just a few seconds after i had clicked it... now would this mean that they have charged my card, and everything is fine and dandy, or will it have wiped everything and i just enter the details again... i'm not sure what to do as i really don't want to make the huge mistake of booking another set of flights if the original ones have been processed without me realising... i'm greatful for any help.... |
cant you check if you're booked?
|
i tried that, but to check you need a "Booking Reference Number" which comes in an email. I haven't received the email, which is possibly a sign that it hasn't been booked, but my email tends to be volatile and often just doesn't show me my emails when they come in...

I was going to suggest that you check your email...but yeah.
if it DID book, you should get an email confirmation. other than calling them, I'm not sure what else you can do. |
i suggest you to wait a few more minutes, check your mailbox then... dont forget to check the spam box.
or USE YOUR TELEPHONE to check with the company. |
Is that cantanky?
|

before i read the thread, did you get an email confirmation from them? also-- did you create an account with them? you could login & check if the charges were made. also you could call your CC company & verify if they've authorized any charges, cos online the authorization happens ont he spot. |
