I'm trying to figure out which one to work toward...just as a basic guideline while i work out....

i like the Rafael Nadal physique

It's taken me 40 years of hard work to get the pale and pudgy look.

If you want to go for it, be prepared to work hard, and don't expect immediate results.

Nadal's right arm is 1/4 the size of his left...i can hardly stay balanced as it is...

Pookie, i was going for that look, but alas, i'm considering a career as a male model, and that look is not in style at the moment.

i don't know, this is how i saw them...

statham is most well-rounded...

bruce has zero fat...just tight and muscle...not much bulk...

craig is top-heavy...very shoulders and pecs...

matt mac is slightly more lean (his height probably does have something to do with it)....

...and yeah...i will strive to keep my neck...dudes with no neck look funny...probably why i never really stuck with lifting in the first place...so many dudes just end up looking like mutants.

Look at Toilet & Bowel's before and after shots. And he was one of the lucky ones who got out relatively unscathed. He was nearly dragged into the world of animal porn when his looks started to go.

...keep in mind i'm about 5'10"-5'11"...last time i checked...so slightly taller than average, but not really 'tall'...i guess that'd be about 1.8 metres

People talk about the amount they spend on gyms and plastic surgery to maintain their physique. Do they have any idea how much doner kebabs COST these days? I've invested an absolute fortune to keep my body the way it is. And do I get a round of applause on Jeremy Kyle? Do I fuck.

ive got to go with bruce lee. Big fan. The difference between him and the other guys is that his muscles work, hes a bad ass. I'd like to look like him with a little more bulk though. I have a dream of becoming a professional fighter some day.
