After immediate success of the simpsons movie Matt Groening revealed they have started work on a sequel. It will be set in the future with Maggie starting high school and bart just wanting to lose his virginity. Lisa is starting a presidential campaign. Homer has accidently killed mr burns and inherted all his money. Marge is dying.

All cast have signed on. The script is currently being written and voice work will be recorded next year. Dan castelnetta said he cant wait to do another film.

Guest Stars include Denzal washington and Christian Bale.
