The Ethiopian Millenium is Next Wednesday!
 

For those like me who are still stuck in the 1990s, even Ethiopia is coming into the 21st century as Wednesday September 12, 2007 marks the Third Millenium in the Ethiopic calender, and the Ethiopians uniquely celebrate Three Thousand years of continuous culture and civilization.

IN The Dark River the Ark of the Covenant is said to be in ethiopia...

it is also said by about 25 million Ethiopians, as well as countless Arabs across North Africa and the Middle East whose cultures also preserve this tradition. just another reason to celebrate next wednesday!
