Batman as Raskolnikov
Sure, what follows is literary blasphemy, but it's also irrepressibly amusing...
![]() Time for another forgotten classic from the vast Again With the Comics archives. Dostoyevsky Comics, originally printed in Drawn and Quarterly #3 (2000), and currently out-of-print, as far as I know. Crime and Punishment, originally written by Fyodor Dostoyevsky, was brilliantly adapted here by R. Sikoryak, as seen through a Dick Sprang Batman filter. http://againwiththecomics.blogspot.com/2007/08/batman-by-dostoyevsky.html |

How absurd, though I'll have to come back and read it in its entirety.
|
Hahahahahaha!
Did they do any other Dostoyevsky? |
A little less dramatic than Dostoyevsky.
I imagined Raskolnikov a little less handsome. |
Shit, I don't want to read it all, because I'm not finished Crime + Punishment yet... about 1/4 left to read! WOO!
|
