Yes they are, I've always hated them. They're fun to harass random idiots, but I haven't done that since grade 7 or something.

Yeah I know. Sometimes when I get bored I just spectate a chat. Every post is something like "GIRL WITH CAM HUGE TITS HIT 999 TO SEE" etc.
