Yeah, what worries me is that someone can get angry enough to kill in cold blood... The fact that this kind of 'crime of passion' is happening a lot makes you wonder just what kind of passion the people are feeling nowadays...

Sorry that this could happen in your state... I would be wary of young-looking police officers from now on... In fact, this makes me wonder about the police force there in general...

Obviously unfit for law enforcement, the psychological testing must have been slim or none, not that it's foolproof.
