i got one of her albums (something about feeling red). she's pretty kool but i didn't know she plays like that.

yeah, I thought about kaki too (she's not the only one playing that kinda style, buttttt....).... this guy (eric mongrain) is obviosly technically a monstrous talent, but his compositions are too melodic to my ears.

Well, my rage could always be turned to placid calm by the technically amazing but super Windham Hill-ish clip that started the thread.

Her first two albums, Everybody Loves You especially, are more stylistically similar but i'm pretty sure anyone who plays that way basically always has to teach themself so of course they're pretty different.
