Song identification n°2

I’m looking for a band and a song name.
It’s some sort of indie /noisy rock , released around 1990 ; here are some lyrics I’ve picked :
" keep talking about the bitch " ( repeated several times ) and " burning in my throat ".
Anyone knows?
