Can somebody scan 'Disappearer' CD single?

I'm looking specifically for a better scan of the panels in this edition:

"Real-size" scans would be appreciated, if at all possible!

Def. my favorite cd single.....and one of my favorite SY songs ever. It's tough to beat the Pettibon art!!
