They both have their uses. Crushed for immediate coldness, cubed for sustained coldness.

I have to wear "natural" deoderant. Like Tom's or other of those "natural food store" kinds. The usual commercial brands burn my pits.

I should try some of that. All of the stuff I've used makes my skin super itchy.
