San Francisco music instrument stores suggestionssss
pleeez, if you live there or have been there, suggest me some decent stores (even better with a site to check catalog/prices) !
thankssss in advance. |
Not instruments, but if you're looking for records go to Ricardo's Rooky on Haight St.. between Fillmore and Webster. It's a goldmine.

You're going to San Francisco, nic?

I want a line6 DL4 and a couple of shure sm57, mainly. nothing TOO big. |
There's a pretty cool store in the very not cool Fisherman's Wharf area that sells a really diverse range of ethnic instruments. I bought a shanai and some extra reeds there for about $40.

just go to Guitar Center or Sam Ash if all you care about is price. The indie stores are morons anyway.

thanksss guys.
I won't be there "in person", that's why I thought about buying pretty "standard" stuff (mics+effect as I said before), too bad I won't have a chance to hear how those nice things for sale at Lark In The Morning sound :( Guitar Center sounds like a viable option for that kind of "standard" stuff. I'll check prices online and then make up my mind. |
