well last night was odd
i just kept wanting to not be sober, i had some painkillers, then went and hunted down more, then had a few shots of wine and drank beer

felt awful

painkillers can nauseate you if they're opioids
alcohol can also nauseate you
now let me pretend i sympathize with your situation

iv had a head ache for 2 days now
it fucking sucks
i dont want to stop feeling drowsy from pain killers though
i liike that feeling

i dont know what was the deal, but i just wanted to eat more and more painkillers and drink, i knew what i would do to me, i ended up feeling terribly ill and throwing up a few times.

You don't have to apologise for anything, it's just that one minute you seem like you want to help yourself, the next you go and do something as terribly silly as mixing medication with alcohol, which is a very silly thing to do indeed.
