We only have one "non-mainstream" radio station in our country...

...and the recent tracks they played were these ones.

10:49 Faithless / Cat Power - A Kind of Peace [2006]
10:47 The Royal We - all the rage [2007]
10:43 Franz Ferdinand & Jane Birkin - A Song For Sorry Angel
10:39 Sigur Ros - Hljomalind
10:36 Fujiya & Miyagi - Uh
10:31 Duffy - Rockferry
10:28 The HivesHate to Say I Told You [2000]
10:24 Hooverphonic - Mad About You [2000]
10:21 B3 - In Da Bar
10:17 Diego - Crash
10:13 Editors - An End Has A Start [2007]
10:09 Groove Armada- My Friend [2001]
10:05 Bjork - Declare Independence [2007]
09:57 Thorn Tracy - King's Cross (hot Chip Remix)
09:50 Middlewood Sessions - Fallback
09:47 Keane - This Is the Last Time [2004]
09:43 Cliche - Hlavou Ti Znie
09:39 VMCN -Kluby
09:35 Ugly Duckling - Little Samba
09:32 The Raveonettes - Dead Sound
09:29 Sons and Daughters - Darling

Pretty decent for an office ambience, if you ask me. I made my colleagues to keep this station tuned in, if I wanted to stay alive in the office.

We don't have radios on at work, and I'm very pleased about that. My colleagues are the sort of people who would want it permanently tuned to Mariah Carey FM.

No college radio? That blows.

At least you have a non-mainstream radio... In France there's absolutely none - at least where I live, in Lille...

sounds like the Radio station of the shop i worked in a few years ago.
I can only assosciate Basement Jaxx's "Romeo" with that place now.
Crap as it was, they played some decent pop-rock and thats all you can really expect.

Radio system, for the most part, sucks in the UK, the US sound like they have a better set up. I don't want to listen to what the DJ want to push all the time, it'd be nice to have a better selection to tune into. There is DAB option, but that's fairly lame too.
