Robot Chicken appreciation thread
 

I fucking love this show. & from the looks of it, season 2 appears to be even better than the 1st one. I was just watching on [adult swim], & it was one of my favorite episodes from season 1, the episode where they had the Smurfs.
& let us not forget, Les Claypool made the theme song for this show, as well as South Park.

So what are your favorite episodes from this show?

all of the episodes kinda blur together in my mind. because there's no narrative, i can't really pick out one episode from another. but i do love that show.

Yeah, I know what you mean. All you really remember are certain parts of the show. But, the show just seems to get better & better every week.

I really like the episode where Ashton Kutcher is playing a guy who just got Tivo, & some frineds invite him to go to a bar & he says;

"You can take your bar & shove it up your ass. I'm watching Tivo!"

Seth Green has to have the perfect voice for doing comical voice overs.
He was destined for this type of show.

I'll give you ATHF but that's the only good thing on adult swim. That network is a sad overrated mess run by overrated nerds from Georgia who get payed way too much money.

I go back and forth on it. I think it is funny, but I have seen each episode a bit too much, so unless it is a new episode, I change the channel. Starting to get the same way with Chapelle's show too.

I love Home Movies though. They only have it on demand, and there is a new episode about every 2 weeks. It sucks.

I'm patiently waiting for the new season of Boondocks and Venture brothers as well.

^: No offense, but all television air-time is a waste. There are just certain shows that are not such a waste. & to me Robot Chicken isn't that big of a waste. The whole show is like 10 min. What's so bad about that?

Robot Chicken was cool outrageousness when i first saw it, but it's worn thin now just like The Boondocks. some athf episodes are really funny, some not. I watched The Venture Bros. first season & i think there may be new episodes by now, but I haven't seen any yet.
