Looking For Velvet Underground Video

There's this video of the VU playing in 1966 when lou had to leave to cure some std he got from sharing a needle and the vu performed with a new drummer angus mclise (something like that) and the band played for a psychiatrics convention. Does anyone have this and would be willing to share?
