I would like to point out once again how everything Polvo did is fucking beautiful
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaah.
and I include Shapes. the bastards need to reissue those albums. |
Yes. You would not believe the things I went through to get Today's Active Lifestyles with the tigers on the front. I want the rest of their albums but I have to buy them from some site that takes ages to deliver.

I have still never seen or held a physical specimin of Polvo music, which is shit. I want to be able to put the CD in the slot or the LP on my rekkid playa!
|
I only have Exploded Drawing CD at home, but I'm sure I need to get more. That CD is wicked.

that ones my favourite, its flawed and kinda disjointed, but it has one of my favourite songs ever in Fast Canoe, and it kinda summates everything theyre about. Id say get yrself Todays active lifestyles, particularly the song "My Kimono" which brings me to the kind of state of mind i imagine only drugs could. |
i only have todays active lifestyles on cd, i had to get it off the internet, its basically impossible to find polvo cds in even independent record stores... but seeing as they've reunited for this ATP thing, theres a fair chance there will be some reissues.....
|
I have them all and i love em'. Back in the 90's(damn) i was living in a house with some friends and they were the soundtrack for the times. My favorite's are probably Today's Active Lifestyles and Celebrate. But yeah, they're all good, even Shapes, which tends to get panned by some Polvo fans..
