Breaking Bad
 

I'm not a big fan of many tv shows, but I really like Breaking Bad.

For those of you who haven't seen it, it is about a chemistry teacher who gets diagnosed with terminal lung cancer and starts cooking meth to raise money for his family.

good investment.

it's a good show...if I watch it, it's gotta be good!

hm... a cable show. i'll wait for the dvds or the instant netflix watch.

Breaking Bad is awesome.

I rarely watch anything other than the history channel (or travel if No Reservations is on), but I try to catch Breaking Bad.

my friend told me to watch it, but I was a little leery because it was a series on AMC (I was convinced that AMC was the gender non-specific version of Lifetime).

however, after watching the pilot a few weeks ago, I was sold.

Not really. The creator didn't even know about Weeds when they first pitched the show. Apparently they are pretty different. Weeds is not nearly as dark from what I hear.

AMC is like TCM but with commercials and not as many kick ass movies.

But now original series wise it is starting to become the HBO or Showtime of basic cable.

Nope. Not really.

During the time I had Showtime I couldn't get into "Weeds" or "Californication" for that matter. "Californication" was like a male version of "Sex and the City", that's not a compliment. "Dexter" and "Brotherhood" though, are awesome.

this show is good. and i dont watch many shows.

when is the dvd coming out?

Not sure, season finale is on next sunday.

Last sunday's episode was awesome. He's so badass in it.

yeah, i decided long ago that if i ever get cancer and/or lose most of my hair, then im shaving it right off and letting the stache rule my face... i was glad he did it
