Vitamin water, glorified sugar water?
 

I think it is odd that something that is so intensely sweetened is being called "vitamin water"

I'd like it better if it was water with just a slight hint of flavor

What's worse is Vitmin Water uses high fructose corn syrup disguised as "crystalline fructose" which is way worse for you than cane sugar.

I'm not sure if high fructose corn syrup is actually worse for you. I think it breaks down the same way as cane sugar. I could be wrong though.

However the political implications and the flavor of the shit makes me want to avoid it anyways.

If you eat right, you won't need to drink up all of your vitamins, you will already be getting them. That's like drinking a V8 every day so you never have to eat a salad.

high fructose corn syrup is actually fairly bad for you if eaten in large quantities, and what with EVERYTHING being manufactured in the USA with corn syrup instead of sugar (thank you ADM corn monopoly! bastards) we all eat way too much fucking corn syrup

cut out as much foods as you can containing hfcs. you'll lose a good 10 pounds in a month.
