i noticed the tour dates on the home page and there was a gap from april to august; does that mean they're not touring between those months???

Maybe they want to take a vacation.

maybe they are recording then.

maybe they haven't released the dates yet

maybe they have a life outside of touring.

Maybe, they knew you were going to get upset and went out their way to keep those dates free.

Maybe they are secretly Counting Crows, who will be touring during exactly those dates.

maybe they are tour not-dates which means they will be playing everyday not listed, including those

Maybe they will return to planet OGG to fight the inevitable fight against the legions of cats with giant paws. Only to be bent on the cusp of an even greater cat paw.

I vote recording (moreover, I HOPE recording)

Or maybe these are just special one-off shows where they'll read Shakespeare and feed cupcakes to the audience.

Edit: I'm going the to the April 25th show, so I'm hoping for something cool, not that seeing SY isn't cool, I just like to entertain other ideas about what they might do other than play music.

Maybe they'll record SYR9 which will be a 5 months long CD :o
