I remember a gay friend I had gave me a frank appraisal of my appearence as to whether I was attractive or not. I think he said something about my eyebrows? Or maybe that was what he said of my other friend because my eyebrows are great.

Are the criteria for what gay people like in the same sex the same as what heteroes want in someone of the opposite sex? For example, straight men generally like a large hip to waste ratio on a woman (it's an indicator of fertility), but do lesbians look for the same thing?

I have to admit, I laugh everytime I read the title of this thread.

Every time I come to this city, some guy picks me up at the bus station, takes me to a Leaf game, gets me pissed, then tries to blow me. Why can't people like me for me?
