I Need Some Help W/ Tabs Cause I'm Not Very Smart
 

so i looked and looked and i can't find the tabs for a song i wanna cover. the songs called "i was a lover" by tv on the radio. i got the drums down the way i want em but every time i search for the tabs all that comes up is the lyrics. so if anyone could help me that'd be fucking awesome. good luck and god speed. thanks in advance.

I got called a jerk for saying this once before, but why not just listen to the song and figure it out by ear? Their songs really aren't that difficult.

I'm with the above, you'll develop your ear better that way, and tabs are rarely accurate; if they are, the fingering is often off.

Yes, and its ussually the better one. Like with tabs you keep trying to play it how it says so, this way you can just play it how you want and in your own way.

It is a new song and it isn't very popular so there are no tabs for it right now.

When I want to figure out a song, I always try to figue out the bassline.

yeah i gave that a shot... but i suck infinitely at playing by ear. i know how they get that sound (turn the repeat on the delay all the way up, and the time all the way down) i just dont' know what chrods/notes their playing.
