this band is probably the only jim o rourke-involved project that i dont own anything by. as an o'rourke uber-fanboy, i feel that i must buy this shit.

to fans of this band, can you reccomend the record to buy by them to an indecisive neurotic such as myself?

i'm not a fan of this band, i think they're a bit crap, but isn't jim o'rourke only on one of their records? if so, then there's your answer.

to each their own i like 'em they are pretty different than any group around now, its like fuse the improvisational aspects and sound of AMM w/ Sun Ra most wacked out synth actions and you have an idea...

i know what they sound like thanks, that's how i know i don't like them.

i know o rourke is in only one of their records, thats still enough for me to be interested. "synth aspects of sun ra" sounds neato.

they are good, quite good but not mindblowing.

china is near is the record with jim o' and it's quite neat. just make sure to crank it up since these guys play a bit quiet on record.
