cuffed jeans

so i was hanging out with a girl i dated for like two weeks (i was desperate) and she saw that my jeans were cuffed. she didn't understand why i cuff my jeans. i kept trying to explain to her that i cuff them so they don't drag underneath my shoes or when i ride my bike i always cuff my jeans. she kept saying only gay people cuff their jeans and dumb shit like that. i'm so glad i only dated her for two weeks. as you can tell she's dumb as a rock.

anyway, does anyone have a problem with cuffing their jeans?

i never knew people had a problem with it, if they are too long then you have to cuff them

i don't have a problem with people cuffing their pants though i personally wouldn't do it myself as i prefer my pants to drag the ground

get a velcro strap for when you ride, farmer joe.

ha, no, i really don't give a shit, but my mom used to cuff my jeans when i was 5, so this is a no go for me.

Interesting. I've seen people, usually younger men, cuff their jeans on purpose, and while I don't like the look, I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with it.

Sometimes I have to cuff my new jeans about a half-inch or so, especially around the house when I'm not wearing shoes, because I don't want the edges to get worn down. I tend to buy my jeans slightly long so they get what is called "stacking" (crumple considerably) above the shoe. Since mine are the straight and tapered kind, even longish they usually don't drag under the shoe but rather stack above it.

Shoes - Cuff
Sneakers - don't cuff

there are no rules. If that's a make or break moment with someone then she ain't worth it.

i dont like them on me because i can never get them to stay the way i want but i dont mind them on other people.
