I heard she flashed someone and was drunk and passed out at a gig or some shit.

I'm pretty sure that was actually the front-woman of some band called Scissor Shock.

I've searched around pretty much everywhere and haven't found any working download links for this performance, so if anyone has it I'd really, really like to see a torrent or something of it.
