friday night lights
 

the show is totally awesome, never seen the movie, but i just read the book honest-to-goodnessly, sat down and relaxed, and oh man- as a marching bander, i appreciate football players more than i ever thought i could, but this book is moving.

the book's about odessa, but last month i went through.. little elm, tx, and saw the $15 million dollar football stadium for HIGH SCHOOL, complete with jumbotron, and gasped.

has anyone watched the show/movie of heard of this book? i just knew the visuals and got the book for christmas.
