Songs About Fucking
Not so much songs about fucking, as songs that are good to fuck to.
As such, which songs or albums are guaranteed in their dirtiness to get you all-of-a-fluster as they hit that sonic G spot whenever you hear them? Oh, and anyone who says Marvin Gaye's 'Let's Get it On' is a bore, and probably a virgin, or at least a shit fuck. You tell me yours and I'll tell you mine. |
if you're talking about, literally, songs about fucking, then the new aidan moffat album. all of it seems to be about fucking...actually all his work is about fucking.
|
this is embarassing...ok i'm down.
the entirety of dark side of the moon the entirety of raw power t rex - bang a gong oh led zeppelin of course. and glam period bowie. |
Yeah, def the Ziggy daze w/Ronson. Check http://atari2600.muxtape.com selection number nine, if you please.
Some Led Zep, of course, mainly because of the dynamite rhythm section. --- Polymorphously perverse and ecstatically peaceful Sonic Youth in general. Sorry, (I'm) too waylaid to go on about much else. at least at the moment |
Everyneurotic^^ No, not literally about fucking. Otherwise you'd just have to list about 99% of songs currently in the charts. I meant songs that made you horny or were good soundtracks to the, er, deed. (Atari and Cantankerous have the right idea, the filthy swines!)

i know, i was just listening to the aidan moffat album and, i love him and arab strap dearly, but about 9 songs deep i said "man!! stop talking about shagging already!" not in the mood right now, i guess.
but anyhoo, back to the original intent: radiohead - amnesiac zero 7 - first two albums will mention more later, i don't like listening shiton of stuff anymore, unless it's a stupid thread and i'm making fun of the threadmaker, of course not the case here. |
radiohead - myxomatosis (specifically)
"she screwed me in a vice" is such a good line |

The Stooges' Little Doll, Sonic Youth's Shaking Hell and Halloween, The Cramps Human Fly and The Scientists' Solid Gold Hell are just dirty as fuck, literally.
Solid Gold Hell should come with a free condom, for sure http://youtube.com/watch?v=x61eIXPzyGA Should really stick something by Suicide in there somewhere, maybe Rocket USA. |
BUSINESS TIME - FLIGHT OF THE CONCHORDS
yeeaaahhhhh boooiiiiii |
Rock music, in general, in that it's rock (fuck) music is (well, mostly, in a sense (at least)) all good (relatively) for fuckin', no?
then there's the funk which is even more specifically soul rock fuck music, but sometimes it's a cheesy fuck ha, sometimes the best, just depends on the funk... ...really should have used the adverbial modifier "especially." as in... Not so much songs about fucking, as songs that are especially good to fuck to. am i right, or am i right? haha just bustin' balls bada bing (obnoxious) sorry |
Given the option, I'd say you're right. Which isn't to say that Bohemian Rhapsody has ever done much for me in that department, I gotsta say.

The obvious: Portishead
The maybe not obvious: Breeders "Last Splash" (Maybe "Title Tk," I never tried that). There's just something about the semi-aggressive, semi-wasted-sounding chugging of that album that proved to be an unexpectedly perfect soundtrack to a naughty, sloppy drunken hook-up in my college dorm smoking lounge. Also, I may have mentioned this before somewhere, but "Hey" by the Pixies is an incredibly sexy-sounding song to me, regardless of the lyrics. Maybe these choices reveal my sexual preference (and in this case, I don't mean orientation)--I've never been turned on by romance or lovey-dovey, overtly sexual music. I like things that make it feel shameful, dirty, or otherwise inappropriate. |
