The only one you really need to see--the only one that's any good at all--is the last one, Casino Royale. Definitely see that before you go to Quantum, because Quantum is a follow-on to the plot of Royale.

Oh, I've seen quite a few of them. The only ones that I think are really all that great are Goldeneye and Casino Royale. Not a Moore or Dalton fan and the jury's still out on Connery.
