basically i thought my ipod was broken but it wasn't!! yay! i was really scared cause this is my third ipod and if i broke this one too my parents would kill me, and I don't even think I would buy myself another one cause that's too much money. anyways it was just frozen. this shit happens all the time! what the hell is wrong with it? why does it do that? does this annoying shit happen to ya'lls ipods?

You gotta reset it, don't you know? Press the menu and center button at the same time and hold for a few seconds... It will reset and reboot. That should do the trick. Repeat the process, whenever it freezes again.

My bro's froze, and we tried everything to fix it, but always ended up in errors. I opened it up and took the battery & HD out, then replaced then and got the same error, so if anyone needs another battery or hard drive for their mini, I have some. What IPod do you have? I'm getting a 60gb video prety soon :D

yeah that's what i did. i was pressing the play button and the center button instead of the menu button and the center button. i thought i was doing it right at first so when it didn't reset i got scared, but then i went online and found out i was doing it wrong. as much as this happens you'd think i'd be an expert, but i always forget.

Glad it's ok now, though... :) I'd flip if my iPod died on me. What else have I got for the commute?
