Anyone want to reccomend me some good free jazz trombone players... the more avant the better.

Conrad Bauer released an absolute mindblower of a solo free improv trombone LP on the Amiga label in 1981. Highly recommended. Never heard anything like it, and it's excellent. I'm not the biggest fan of that instrument normally, and he really did something great with it on that LP.
