15/21 good 8-TRACK vs. 1/3 good K7
So let's say you only like 15 songs on a porn-grindcore album of 21 super speed 1 minute tracks: you like track 1 and 4, and 6, 8, and 10, and 11 and 13, and 3, and 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21. And, you only like 1 track out of 3 on a post-rock/doom metal album of super long progressive tracks: you like track 2. Would you keep the 8-TRACK porn-grindcore album or the post-rock/doom metal K7?
Note: both albums have Puddle Of Mudd - Blurry as hidden track. |
I'd keep the grindcore album, and convert the good track from the doom K7 to MP3.

Woah woah. Wait. Wait. I'm confused...
Define post-rock. Otherwise I can't decide. |
post-rock is something that rocks, but AFTER. Isn't it obvious
(note to all, I actually like postrock) |
shit, that's a dilemma
|
Yeah, it's the 15 that really makes this thorny. If if were only 14 songs or as many as 16, that would be easy, a no-brainer. But 15--wow, that makes this really tough.

post rock
music (NOT rock music but with rock instrumentation and using rock vocabulary) created to be enjoyed on a couch with a fat bong load |
