ive never seen them play actually, my friend had a ticket for me to see them tour on 'im not afraid of you....' but i got violently food sick from some bad salmon.

Free = waiting in line for hours with no guarantee of admittance

Get there early and it's no sweat.

Or make a friend at Jelly NYC and walk in VIP.

Yo La Tengo is worth the effort.

I've been to both The Breeders and Liars at McCarren this summer and I've had no trouble getting into either of them. You could show up five minutes before the doors open and be able to sit anywhere you want.

doomriders are playing that date so i might have to skip yola, but they are fucking amazing live; don't miss it.

the yo la show has to be over by ten pm as per mcpool curfew....you might be able to make both..

The show will likely be over before 7 actually, definitely before 8 as that is the curfew for the free McCarren shows.

Can't wait for this one and then SY a week later!
