was "the blues scale" a regular release?

I was lucky enough to see (This Is Known As) The Blues Scale at a Markey festival about 3 years ago. It's even better than TYPB in the way it was edited after all the dust settled so Markey could show the seeds of the following few years drama.

And no, it was never released properly. You know Courtney, eh..

It's a companion film. Made years later, but from outtakes/deleted scenes. I think?

I heart Dave. He was so f-ing nice backstage at a Thurston show, funny as hell. And I so want to go to ATP, damn it.

it would be great if that would be released on dvd with blue scale as a bonus sometime.

if they'd announced this back when the line-up was revealed, i would have bought tickets in a heartbeat. now it's probably too late to swing it...
