Thoughts?

Some of the points raised are correct, but some are just pedantic nonsense (eg "Then they open-fired on us"). Also, language is in constant state of flux and change, particulaly so with oral usage, and so colloquialisms/slang are bound to become part of the "official" language at some point.

I laughed at the guy that wanted all Latin words to have Latin pluralization.

He reminds me of a number of nerdy Latin students from my high school.
