YouTube question.
I don't know fuck all about YouTube really, and I've found a bunch of videos I want to download but can't find any option.
So, as you've probably guessed, my question to you is can you download videos from YouTube? |
Nope.
But there is software that makes it possible. |
EMMAh - if you install the latest version of RealPlayer, you then get the option to download a YouTube video every time you watch one. Hope that helps!
|
Ahhhh nice, I'll give that a try.
Thanks guys. |

I remember stumbling across a website a while back where you would enter the video URL and you could either download the video or just the audio. |

there's a few websites that do that, like this one http://keepvid.com/ (mp4 and vlc files) you don't have to install any software |
That sounds even better.
Real Player isn't being completely friendly towards me anyhow. |
Ohhh and, which do you think it better to use? Or how should I chose?
mp4 or vlc? |
mp4.
it's higher quality and there are more players that can handle it. quicktime for instance. if you enter the url it gives you two options (vlc or mp4), just right-click save on the link you want to use. |
Well haha, thanks again!
I tried the flv one first (it's the first link on the page) but it definitely didn't work. Trying the mp4 at the moment. |
Yay, it works :D
