late 70's/early 80's.

Now the trend is suicide bomber

It really depends on your style.
Shooting people from rooftops while the power is out - 70s.
Wearing a trenchcoat, doc martens and listening to NIN on repeat while shooting your classmates with a semi-automatic - 90s.

everything 80's/90's is 00's again.

its always pretty exciting when theres a serial killer or sniper on the loose

really a 90's thing, I remember in the mid 90's I was seducing this gorgeous california girl away from her boyfriend who was the son of the head of CanonUSA and he collected actual documents from different serial killers, thought it was very creepy.

Now in the aught years you just wave an american flag or put on a blue uniform and you can kill and torture without punishment. Want a job where you can rape people constantly? become a prison guard or a cop, you'll get to peform all the forced orifice penetration you could want, go to Connecticut and you can do it to children too.
