neukölln is pretty fucked, a good friend of mine is living there, but the musical community is a good reason to move there

yes it changes from day to day, things were moving from kreuzberg to neukolln when i left. do you ever go to west germany of the festsaal?

no not yet. but you are right neukölln is the new kreuzberg. kreuzberg is kinda the new upcoming quarter. its getting more expensive from ear to year

like pberg and fhain did. the rents were going up a lot which is a real shame. i heard that people were buying whole streets worth of houses and making a killing. check out those places they have really good stuff on.

yeah I always do when I am in berlin. I saw the yeah yeah yeahs in the knaack club in pberg. what a great tiny venue for a great band
