i think the voice is actually that of Peter 'Sleazy' Christopherson, he of Coil/Throbbing Gristle fame... least that's what i've always believed... very similar to vocals on 'Horse Rotorvator' from around the same time

I've become interested in checking out some of their stuff lately....and what I've heard is pretty good (and wierd, in a good way of course)
