why the world should vote in US presidential elections
This would be a super idea.
Since the US government feels the need to consistantly provide excessive input to other political states agendas and budget. Half of the US doesnt vote anyway, so its not like y'all give a shit about losing yr vote to someone else.. It is highly likely many foreign citizens have a better grasp on US foreign policy than US citizens do It is highly likely many foreign citizens have a better grasp on US policy than US citizens do |

I'll do street polling and get back to you in 18months.
I will also accept marriage proposals from any american so I can then vote. |
this would invite so much chaos, baby

no, not at all. However as a whole you are represented by your government. The person the majority of americans have chosen to send to the inter-country sports and debating and council meetings for the last 8 years is a bully and a retard. |
omg, can you imagine the chad from the entire East Asia?? these people can't even find their way around LAX without getting lost, how the fuck are they supposed to know how to vote?
this would never work phoenix |
i hope mccain wins tomorrow so that he'll die and then sarah palin can become presidentess/presidette.
|
i think its disgusting that only 54% of America votes when it affects 100% of us.

who said anything about just europeans? I just believe that for the most part, non US citizens are more culturally and politically aware of their outside surroundings than US citizens. The concept of coexisting has been around for a lot longer in european states than it has in the americas. The americas dont have to coexist, the united states just hits people until it gets what it wants at the price it wants. And if it doesnt have anyone to hit then they hit themselves and have a civil war. |

plus the rest of the world. if it makes you mad that people don't vote, imagine how angry it makes those people in countries where, they not only cannot vote for their own leader, but also rely on another country electing a leader who does not want to blow up their country. How lost and hopeless you might feel. And angry at the apathy of the priviledged. |

get better military/economy? lol.... but seriously, i was sitting in the library on friday, and some guy was saying he waited 2 and a half hours, and he got there early... i'm guessing 4 hours for people in the afternoon... plus, that was early voting... and i don't wake up early |

what are you talking about? you mean intelligence has a bearing on whether someone should vote or not? surely then it should mean they should not be then allowed to be IN the drivers seat. oh wait. |

USians voted Bush in twice (well, once anyway). Say no more. Let intelligent people vote.

your government makes it this hard because your apathy means they can continue to rape the world without revolt. Its strange that a country that can apparently achieve so much cannot even successfully hold a ballot. |

i'm not saying whether they should or shouldn't... i'm just saying if Florida has trouble, and its only half-hispanic, then inviting all of the other nations of the world is just not plausible |
