The Doctor Who theme was really the work primarily of Bebe Baron who was one of them, but horribly under credited. I agree that the incidental stuff in Doctor Who was often among their best work. Unfortunately that album doesn't live up to those standards, but still a free download is a free download and to buy the record would be ridiculously pricey.
