Left-over clothing of the opposite sex

So, I don't intentionally collect woman's clothing; however, between female roommates and ex-girlfriends, I have acquired some pretty sweet woman's articles of clothing. I know I love free clothes, especially the cool t-shirt.

So, is it a good idea to offer these articles of clothing to current girlfriend(s)?

I don't know what social edict would be in this situation.

i think the fact that you've kept them for.. However long is slightly more creepy than asking someone if they want it.
If a new bf said hey my old house mate left this sweater here do you want it? That would be okay.. But if my new bf said hey here is a box of clothing belonging to all the girls i've lived with that i've kept, do you want any of their stuff? .. Well that is a little weird.

especially underwear...

Start making your new girlfriend wear the same kind of clothes as your ex, same with hairstyle, etc. And then introduce her to your ex. This is a 100% fool proof plan to a threesome.

I used to acquire at least one dress from each ex girlfriend, not intentionally it just seemed to happen. And I wore them myself, mostly on stage, but whatever. I was rail thin at the time and could get away with it. I'm not fat now, but I don't have the girlish figure anymore. So my wife has inherited them and she wears the ones she likes. But perhaps the fact that they were definitely my clothes between the exes and her makes all the difference.

Since you it seems you don't have one particular significant other, perhaps the solution is that you should start dating men. Then you can keep all the freebie clothing for yourself.

I used to swap clothes with my male ex quite regularly. After we broke up I kept wearing the things that were originally his. Not for sentimental value but because I hate shopping and quite simply liked the clothes. My next boyfriend wears whatever clothes fit him as well. He didnt mind where they came from. For all of us, we just needed clothes. It doesnt matter whose.

So my suggestion would be to casually keep em around and casually offer them. If you put them in an obvious place, would she ask WHY you have girls' clothes? And you could shrug and say exactly what you said here, and offer them if she wants them.

I wear some of the clothes. My old roommate left a really comfortable pair of pajama pants. Im wearing them right now, actually.

I'm not a "player." I added the "(s)" in for hypothetical purposes. And I would date men; however, I don't like penises. Therein lies the problem. I prefer a partner with girl parts.

I'd be looking around for where he also stashed the body parts.

A country boy will survive.
