every trailer is sorta made to make shit movies look good.

One day someone will have the wise idea of mashing up 100s of movie trailers to make the world's most thrilling (yet abstract and strangely edited) movie. One day...

I tend to find the opposite. Hollywood has a way of making every movie look the same in its trailers. They tend to emphasise any crappy ironic one-liners or outrageous action sequences over anything else.

The exception for me would be Deep Blue Sea, Godzilla and Cloverfield. Great trailers, shit movies

The best trailer for the worst movie is probably DECAMPITATED.

Oh my God, yes! The trailer was like "wow, this movie was made for ME!" The film was like, "wow, this movie was made for absolute morons."

The most recent one I can think of was The Day The Earth Stood Still remake.
