1. awesome picture
2. how much did you pay for the lot?
3. most importantly, WHAT records are in it? That could all be Manilow for all I can tell from the pic.

I have 6 Manilow records, and apart from the Christmas one, they're all gold.

6 is alright. But if that whole pile was Manilow... it might get to be a little much.

MellySingsDoom 04.10.2009 11:08 AM

My favourite Manilow is still the incredibly-overubiquitous-but-still-ace "Could It Be Magic". Just saying, like.

Those 7-inches piles look mighty tasty, I must say. What kind of 45rpm loot did you pick up?

List! List! List!

afterthefact 04.10.2009 11:19 AM

I'll tell you now that about 90% of it is salsa and dub.

Disgruntled Youth 04.10.2009 11:27 AM

The list is huge, 98% is reggae & 2% is salsa. I got it from my friend who sold me his sound system last year for the same price 500.00 dollaros. The best thing I've found so far is an Outlaw Josie Wales test pressing & some hip hop dancehall remixes on 45 that aren't supposed to be pressed due to sampling laws. The plastic bins contain dancehall riddims from the 80's & 90's the 45 are riddims, sound clash tunes, lovers rock & roots...
