I had a dream about Boris. No kidding. I had a dream that someone was insulting Boris. That wasn't the whole basis of my dream but that was a part of it and I just remembered it upon opening this thread. I literally dreamt it today.

Anyway, if Boris always played music in the style of "Flood" (which they really should do!), SY and Boris would be awesome together.

Yeah, that's the only way I could ever see this working. It would have been REALLY fucking cool if they both did something in 2000 when SY had NYG&F and Boris had Flood. As of now, both bands have pretty distinct directions they want to explore. I don't think a collaboration would turn out too well.

I think it'd only work if Boris was doing the one song long soundscape albums instead of moving in the song based direction. I could live without a collaboration.
I once had a Boris dream as well. I was going to go to one of their concerts, but I was scared because I knew it'd be too loud for my liking.

i can see buzz and thurston doing a record together, or maybe lee doing something with boris, but both bands collaborating on something big....just cant see it happening.
