I actually played Rhys Chatham´s Guitar Trio with him once. It was in standard tuning.

I think Kosako just wants something like this for other artists who use alternate tunings. Anyway, I voted for Einstürzende Neubauten.

This seems to be a pretty arbitrary poll. Why these 5 groups/composers? Just because of the weird tunings? Then why these 5? Hell, half of Nick Drake’s stuff is in weirder tunings that Guitar Trio, which is, as mentioned standard. A screw it, SY FOREVARS!!!

Absolutely. "Standard" tuning is the worst. I don't think my guitar can even go to "standard" anymore.
