Master Musicians of Bukkake
Saw these guys yesterday in Antwerp, such an amazing band!
They have an equally amazing new record out on Antwerp label Conspiracy records 'Totem one' which is part of a trilogy with the second part being released by the SCG Abduction label. I'm seeing them again tomorrow in Tilburg, Holland. Hope to have a video up soon. Check them out: http://www.myspace.com/mastermusiciansofbukkake |

seeing them with six organs in a few weeks. should be fun. |
Which particular organs?
Eyes, presumably, but what will the other four be? |
wouldnt the eyes still count as only one though?

This is a a good band that makes interesting, well played, thoughtful music.
Now that all the formalities have been addressed, they have the name of some third-rate, psuedo-noise, rickety-rack, bumblin'-fuck punk group. |
If only music like this would catch on and my PO box would suddenly become flooded with CD-R's of drum circles and groaning, instead of so many bland sexless VST-instrument preset, drumbreaks-sampled-wholesale-from-akai-library-cds, 16th-note-quantized, ableton live/aol 7.0 IDM joints with cracked architecture covers made by white multiple-computer-owning males 18-25 with little-to-no social grace and rejection issues.

I was just about to start a thread for these, as they're playing tomorrow. So they're going to be good if I watch them, yes?
|
I'd imagine.
|
I should have a video up next week for conspiracy records.
|
i'm assuming this thread is still centred around music

yesyes music AND video ---- OK??? |
Saw them last night - they were entertaining and pretty good - dressed up in these satanic beekeeper costumes, save for the vocalist, who was dressed like a hedge, and they came on with a Buttholes-meets-Hawkwind racket. Very nice indeed.
