Jay is the best rapper alive... defifinitley in the top 3 or 5 ever. He's my pick for best, but I still have more I need to listen to before I think I can really make too bold a claim.
Lets not count Wayne out... saw him on saturday and the guy still has it. He killed it on stage and not only rapped well but is a genuinley good and charismatic performer.
