I'm flying to New York and as big SY fan I would like to see some spots in New York which were importan for the band. Like the studio on Murray Street or records stores where I can buy ecstatic peace stuff.

How about that alley on the Daydream Nation inner? Fuck knows how you'd find it mind...

all the heroin corners have been shut down for years...supposedly there's lots of action at the phone booth on Ave A at 7th St.

315 Bowery at Bleecker Street -where CBGBs used to be. Just because so many of their influences used to play there.

btw it's now a chase bank.

Eldridge Street--where Kim and Thurston lived in the 1980's

The space that was CBs is an art gallery/rock souvenir store now, not a bank. But I believe they've announced they're closing.

If you want to see an old Manhattan neighborhood visit Downtown Music Gallery on Monroe st, call for hours.
