Don't think we've ever had a thread about him.
For years I've had a copy The Obsessed's first album, without ever really checking out his other bands. The Obsessed were great, I don't know why I never checked out the rest of his stuff because it turns out that it's all great too. His new band is called Shrinebuilder and has the bassist from Om, Dale Crover, and one of the dudes from Neurosis.

i think so, i've seen it being discussed on other boards

The only thing he's been connected with that I've really liked has been Saint Vitus, and even then only bits and pieces. I tend not to be able to differentiate between much of the rest of what he's done. Not that I've listened to that much of it.
