I'll tell you though, SELLING LIVE WATER is an amazing record. Definitely in my Top 10 Anticon releases of all time.

I completely agree. I stopped paying attention to anticon, for the most part, when most of the collective seemed to be leaning towards indie rock bore-core.

off the subject, but the new themselves cd is worth checking out. kinda restores some glimmer of what this label is all about, circa early 2000's.

it's easy to miss it, i mean it's been out like 2 days and the download doesn't seem to work lol

word. Anticon was amazing when it was hip hop. There's about a dozen must have albums from their golden era. Put they definitely started pandering too much to the indierock crowd, and it just isnt as sincere and special. I heard good things about the new Themselves but didnt get it. I don't even know the last Great Anticon album... The No Music Of Aifs maybe. The Hrvatski remix alone is fucking woah.
